What People Have Said
Feedback collected through our end-of-session forms. Names and details shared with permission.
Sutthida W.
Bangkok, Sukhumvit β Communication Workshop
I wasn't sure what to expect from a half-day group session, but the format worked well. The listening exercises were the most useful part β I came away with something specific to try at home. The take-home worksheet made it easier to remember the key points a few days later.

Krit P.
Bangkok, Silom β Co-Coordination Programme
The multi-week format was the right call for what we were trying to sort out. Having the sessions spread out gave us time to try things between meetings. The shared templates have been genuinely practical β we're still using them two months on. My main note would be that I wanted a bit more time in session 3, but overall the content was well put together.

Narinee L.
Bangkok, Ladprao β Mediation-Support Session
I appreciated that the session was very clear about what it covered and didn't. I came in wanting to understand the general process, and that's exactly what I got. The preparation worksheet was especially useful β I went back to it several times before meeting with the other party. Calm, well-paced, and the facilitator answered questions honestly.

Apinya T.
Bangkok, On Nut β Communication Workshop
We attended as a pair, which I think helped. The session is set up in a way that makes reflection easier than debate β which is usually what's needed. One thing I'd flag: you do have to be open to sitting with some uncomfortable points. That's probably the point, but it's worth knowing before you go.

Piyawat M.
Nonthaburi β Co-Coordination Programme
Scheduling around children's school hours in two households is harder than most people realise. The programme gave us a proper framework rather than just winging it each week. Session 2 on handoffs and expectations was the most immediately practical. The templates were something we actually set up together during the last session, which was the right way to do it.

James R.
Bangkok, Thonglor β Mediation-Support Session
I attended on my own, not with my co-parent. I wanted to understand what the process involved before bringing it up. The session covered everything I needed to know β clearly and without any pressure in any particular direction. The facilitator was direct when I had specific questions and appropriately clear about where the educational content ended.

Participant Journeys
A closer look at how some participants moved through one of our programmes β shared in general terms with permission.
A couple from Phrom Phong β Communication Workshop
The Starting Point
Recurring disagreements about household responsibilities were becoming frequent enough to cause ongoing tension. Both partners felt unheard but weren't sure how to change the dynamic without it escalating.
What They Did
They attended the Family Communication Workshop together. The exercises on expressing needs without framing them as criticisms were the most useful for their situation. They used the take-home worksheet for two weeks afterwards.
What Changed
By the participant's account, discussions became less frequent as a source of conflict β not because fewer things came up, but because the conversations had a clearer shape. They described noticing a shift within about two to three weeks of applying the exercises.
"We didn't leave with a solution to anything specific. But we left with a way to talk about things that actually worked better."
Two co-parents from Nonthaburi β Co-Coordination Programme
The Starting Point
Both parents were managing a shared schedule with two children but had no consistent system. Pickups and handoffs were handled via text messages that often went unread, and last-minute changes caused stress for everyone.
What They Did
They enrolled separately in the Co-Coordination Skills Programme and attended sessions together. Over four sessions, they built a shared scheduling framework and agreed on communication rules for changes and updates.
What Changed
Last-minute coordination messages dropped significantly. One parent noted that having a shared template β rather than relying on memory or repeated negotiation β reduced the emotional load of arranging the week considerably.
"It sounds simple, but having a system both people actually use makes a bigger difference than I expected."
An individual from Silom β Mediation-Support Session
The Starting Point
Considering a voluntary mediation process for a long-standing family arrangement dispute, but uncertain about how mediation conversations work and whether they were approaching the situation with the right mindset.
What They Did
Attended the Mediation-Support Information Session individually. Used the preparation worksheet over the following week to think through their communication approach and what they hoped the conversation could achieve.
What Changed
They described going into the mediation conversation feeling considerably more prepared than they would have otherwise β not in terms of strategy, but in terms of knowing what to expect from the format and how to stay calm within it.
"I went in knowing what the process involved rather than guessing. That made a real difference to how I showed up."
