About Hearthline
A Quiet Space for Families to Learn Together
We started Hearthline because we believed there was room for something unhurried — educational programmes that help families build their own communication skills, at their own pace.
Back to HomeHow Hearthline Came to Be
Hearthline was founded in Bangkok by a small group of people who had each spent years working in education and adult learning. What they kept noticing was the same thing: families often know that something in their communication isn't working, but they don't know where to start.
They didn't find what they were looking for in counselling — which is something entirely separate — or in self-help content that promised too much. What they wanted was something structured, calm, and educational. So they built it.
Hearthline opened its first workshop space on Thonglor Road in late 2022 and has been offering structured programmes to Bangkok families ever since. The focus has remained the same throughout: listening skills, communication clarity, and cooperative coordination — all taught as general educational content, with no professional advice given.
Our Mission
To give families practical communication skills through structured, educational sessions that respect their time, intelligence, and autonomy.
Our Approach
Everything we do is educational in nature. We don't offer professional advice, diagnoses, or outcome assurances. We offer well-structured content and a calm space to work through it.
Our Values
Patience, clarity, and respect for how different every family is. We believe that understanding comes from listening — and that listening is a skill that can be learned.

How We Keep Things Grounded
These are the principles that shape how we design and deliver every programme.
Clear Scope Boundaries
We are explicit about what our sessions are and aren't. Educational content only — no professional advice, no individual situation review.
Participant Privacy
Personal information shared in sessions stays within the room. We don't record conversations or share participant details with third parties.
Evidence-Informed Content
Our session content draws on published research in communication studies and adult education — updated regularly by our content team.
Participant Feedback Loops
Every session concludes with a written feedback form. We use participant responses to refine materials and improve session structure each quarter.
Small Group Sizes
We limit session sizes to maintain a considered atmosphere. No one is rushed, overlooked, or pressured to contribute.
Data Protection Standards
We handle all registration and enquiry data in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and follow best practices for data retention and access control.
Family Communication Education in Bangkok
Hearthline operates from Thonglor Road in Watthana, one of Bangkok's more accessible central districts, making it straightforward for families travelling from across the city. Our workshop space is designed to feel different from a corporate training room — the seating is arranged for dialogue, the atmosphere is quiet, and the pace is deliberate.
The three programmes we offer — the Family Communication Workshop, the Mediation-Support Information Session, and the Co-Coordination Skills Programme — were each designed to address a different kind of communication challenge that families in Bangkok frequently describe. Not all of these challenges need professional involvement. Many simply need a structured opportunity to reflect, practise, and leave with something concrete to try.
Families come to Hearthline from a range of backgrounds. Some are navigating co-parenting arrangements and want better tools for shared scheduling. Others want to improve how they listen to one another during disagreements. Some are preparing for a voluntary mediation process and want to understand how those conversations are typically structured before they begin. None of these needs require professional advice — they require good information and a thoughtful space to process it.
We deliver all sessions in English and keep group sizes small to ensure that every participant has adequate time and space. Take-home materials — worksheets, templates, and session plans — are included in each programme and designed to be practical and reusable.
