Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for or attending any Hearthline programme. By submitting an enquiry, completing a booking, or attending a session, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions

• "Hearthline" — the educational programme provider, operating from 39 Thonglor Road, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand
• "Participant" — any individual who attends or registers for a Hearthline programme
• "Programme" — any workshop, session, or multi-week course offered by Hearthline
• "We / Us / Our" — Hearthline
• "You / Your" — the Participant or prospective Participant

2. Nature of Our Services

Hearthline provides educational content only. Nothing communicated in our programmes, materials, correspondence, or website constitutes professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to legal, psychological, financial, or therapeutic advice.

Participants attend Hearthline sessions for general educational and informational purposes and agree that they will seek independent professional advice for any matter requiring specialist input.

3. Acceptance of Terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Hearthline. By completing a booking or attending a session, you confirm that you:

• Are aged 18 or over
• Have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy

4. Programme Availability and Changes

We endeavour to run all advertised programmes as scheduled. However, Hearthline reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including facilitator unavailability, insufficient enrolment, or safety concerns. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative session date.

5. Booking and Registration

Registration for a programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment (where applicable) and a confirmation message from Hearthline. Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a booking. We will contact you to complete registration.

6. Pricing and Payment

All programme fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿). Prices at the time of your enquiry are:

• Family Communication Workshop — ฿3,740 per participant
• Mediation-Support Information Session — ฿7,140 per participant
• Co-Coordination Skills Programme — ฿11,560 per participant

Hearthline reserves the right to adjust programme fees with reasonable notice. Fees quoted at the time of booking will be honoured.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Participant-initiated cancellation

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the session — full refund
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the session — 50% refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours — no refund, unless circumstances are exceptional

Hearthline-initiated cancellation

If Hearthline cancels a session, participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

8. Participant Conduct

Hearthline sessions are designed to be respectful, calm learning environments. Participants agree to:

• Treat all other participants and facilitators with consideration
• Not record sessions (audio or video) without explicit written consent from Hearthline
• Not share content from sessions in a way that identifies other participants
• Engage with content in good faith and for educational purposes only

Hearthline reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive to others. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All session materials — worksheets, templates, session plans, and written content — remain the intellectual property of Hearthline. Participants may use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use is not permitted without written consent.

10. Disclaimers

Hearthline programmes are provided "as is" for educational purposes. We make no claims about specific outcomes, results, or changes in individual circumstances that may follow from attending a session. Educational content is general in nature and may not be applicable to every individual situation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, Hearthline's total liability to any participant for any claim arising from or related to a programme shall not exceed the fee paid by that participant for the relevant programme. Hearthline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

12. Privacy

The collection and use of personal data in connection with Hearthline programmes is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in Hearthline programmes following a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
